The mother-of-three tells her yoga instructor Tahl in the video that while she would love to train six days a week, she fits in at least two sessions.

‘[With the] busy life we have with the kids and everything, it’s good to focus and do something that [makes you] stop for a little bit,’ Elsa explains.

‘The practice is really good for stretching your muscles, and I think after you just work out so much it’s a good thing to combine it with.’

In the video for Vogue, Elsa and Tahl perform two yoga sequences in the outdoors, beginning with a sun salutation series.

The pair then take viewers through a more challenging sequence, involving the chair and warrior poses.

Elsa shows off her super fit and slender physique in the clip, wearing a low-cut black bodysuit.

Her blonde locks are swept back into an effortless ponytail, drawing attention to her striking facial features.

Elsa complements her yoga practice with a Mediterranean diet, and avoids any ‘quick-fix diets’.

The Mediterranean diet, which is inspired by the eating habits of Italians and Greeks in the 1960s, is generally high in vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and olive oil.

‘I don’t believe anything about diets, like quick diets that you do before summer. Those miracles don’t exist,’ Elsa said during an appearance on Channel Seven’s Sunrise in November.

Instead of crash dieting, Elsa emphasised the importance of adopting an overall health-focused philosophy.

‘Eat healthier, like Mediterranean food every day, not just [for] periods of time,’ she said.

Elsa also likes to get her three children involved when she is working out at home in Byron Bay, and has created ‘circuits’ for them to complete with toy weights.

However, she warned that mothers should expect to have their workouts interrupted on a regular basis.

‘Of course, you stop 100 times because they are fighting or something like that!’ Elsa laughed.

Elsa and her husband, Chris, 36, share three children: daughter India Rose, seven, and twin sons Tristan and Sasha, five.
