Bella Hadid works androgynous chic in an over-sized suit while out for Paris Fashion Week

She’s been busy storming the runway across Fashion Week in New York, London and Milan. 

And continuing her catwalk reign in Paris, Bella Hadid proved why she is in-demand by designers all over as she stepped out sporting an over-sized suit and shades on Friday. 

The 23-year-old channelled androgynous chic in her tailored getup that paired together wide leg trousers and a baggy blazer with chunky black boots. 

The 23-year-old added a pop of colour to her ensemble by sporting a bright diamond-patterned jumper underneath her two-piece and toted her essentials in a 90s-inspired pink leather handbag. 

She wore her brunette locks down in a sleek and straight style and finished her look with flawless make-up and a slick of gloss on her lips. 

Bella turned heads as she opened the Off White show on Thursday, where she was joined on the catwalk by sister Gigi Hadid, 24, and mother Yolanda, 56.   

Both Bella and Gigi have followed in their mother’s footsteps, as Yolanda made a name for herself back in the day as a model, after signing with Ford models. 

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star modelled for 15 years and shared some words of wisdom with her girls, as they set out on their own modelling careers. 

In an interview with Fox News, back in 2018, Yolanda insisted that being ‘authentic’ is the key both her daughters’ success on the runway. 

‘The secret, I think, is to be authentic to who you are,’ Yolanda insisted.

‘Like I always say to my girls, there [are] a million girls who are as beautiful as you are and deserve success as much as you do,’ she said.

‘So, how are you going to set yourself apart? In my opinion, that’s be a good person, be kind to everybody, be the hardest working girl on set and be authentic. And it has worked for them.’  

Yolanda is also mum to so Anwar, 20, who, like his sisters, also models. Anwar is dating British singer Dua Lipa.  

Meanwhile, Bella’s appearance in Paris comes after she hit headlines when she left Milan to make her way to the French capital while wearing a face mask – amid the ongoing outbreak of the potentially deadly coronavirus in Italy.

The model left the city after Giorgio Armani announced the cancellation of his show on Sunday. It’s not known if Bella or sister Gigi were due to walk in that show.

A statement from the designer read: ‘The show will be shown behind closed doors, due to the recent developments of coronavirus in Italy, live-streamed in front of an empty theatre on the Armani website, therefore please do not attend the show this afternoon.’
