‘She’s saying what we are all thinking!’ Married At First Sight fans react to Hayley Vernon’s takedown of Stacey Hampton as they clash over her law degree at the girls’ night drinks

Married At First Sight fans applauded former bride Hayley Vernon for her takedown of Stacey Hampton at the girls’ night drinks on Sunday.

Finance broker Hayley, 32, went head-to-head with law graduate Stacey, 26, to once again address allegations that Michael Goonan had kissed her at a party.

During the heated discussion, Stacey demanded proof of the kiss, but fellow bride Vanessa Romito admitted to fabricating the existence of a video of the ‘party pash’.

At that point Hayley, who had already admitted her wrongdoing by kissing Michael, questioned Stacey’s intelligence and her incessant need for video evidence of the kiss.

Stacey hit back and said: ‘Because I’m a lawyer!’

Hayley then questioned: ‘Where did you get your law degree? Out of a cereal box? You’re 25 and have two kids. Have you practised?’
