The brunette beauty recently revealed instead of celebrating her 52nd birthday with a wild party she would throw a huge NHS fundraiser when the coronavirus crisis is over.

Lizzie refused to let the situation dampen her spirits as she shared a selection of bikini-clad snaps to her Instagram page during the day.

The This Morning regular looked sensational in a bright orange bikini top, which she teamed with some tiny denim shorts and a pair of aviator shades.

Taking to social media, Lizzie posted: ‘My Birthday on lockdown! Who would have thought the girl that never stays in would be having her own birthday on lockdown!

Lizzie went on to lament being away from her loved ones on the day, and said: ‘Like many of you who have had birthdays this will be a very different kind of birthday. I’m sad that I can’t share this day with my son, family or friends due to the coronavirus.’

However in true Lizzie style, she promised a huge party once life returns to normal with the proceeds from the bash going to the National Health Service.
