Media personality Lauren appeared in great spirits as she showcased her bump at 28 weeks and revealed she’s adopted a ‘pregnancy belly routine’ in order to prevent forming stretch marks.
The former glamour model said: ‘This is bump at week 28. I’ve been doing this routine since 18/19 weeks, I was a bit of a slow-bump grower. I do this twice a day. I haven’t had any stretch marks yet [but] I’m mentally prepared that it will happen.’
Using an exfoliator, lotion, ‘pregnancy boob tube’ and body butter by Mama Mio Skincare, the blonde – who teamed a pale green crop top with white joggers – applied the products on her stomach, which she affectionately cradled throughout the video.
The entrepreneur later highlighted her frame in a series of stylish outfits, including clingy maxi dresses and chic blazers.

‘She is happier than she has ever been and having a family of her own and being a mother has always been a dream and is looking forward to this new chapter in her life together with her boyfriend.’
