Scarlett Moffatt has revealed what’s been helping her through lockdown and has insisted she’ll come out of the coronavirus pandemic more intelligent.

The Gogglebox favourite took part in an Instagram Live with clothing brand Pretty Little Thing on Thursday as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Talking about how she’s been spending lockdown, the TV star admitted taking part in Zoom quizzes with her friends and family has taken up most of her time.

‘I’m going to come out of this one of the Chasers!’ she quipped. ‘The amount of quizzes we’ve done’, before joking that she has even grander plans than starring on The Chase.

‘My general knowledge now, I think if I applied for MENSA I’d actually get in,’ Scarlett declared.

‘The amount of times now we’ve had the quiz question “name all of the seven dwarfs from Snow White” I know that off by heart.’

Scarlett is self isolating with her boyfriend Scott Dobinson, who she moved in with last year.

The TV favourite added that thanks to her love of staying in she feels like ‘I’ve been self-isolating for about 10 years.’ 

‘My partner’s actually a police officer so he’s going to work,’ she explained. ‘Some days I’m having good days some days I’m having bad days, I’m trying to stay as positive as I can.’

‘Everyone’s making banana bread and keeping fit and I’m like just do what makes you happy! Just because people have made 20 loaves of banana bread and you’ve sat on animal crossing, it’s OK.’

While she has been taking easy, Scarlett added that she’s been enjoying keep her house in order, joking: ‘I feel like I’m Mrs Hinch! I scrubbed the skirting boards with a toothbrush the other day.’   

The star has also joined thousands in joining TikTok, admitting: ‘I’m obsessed to the point where my boyfriend will be like I think you’ve had enough TikTok for today.’  

‘I just enjoy every day, it feels like I’m living in a Disney movie,’ she said of life since finding fame with her family on Gogglebox in 2014.

Scarlett went on to win I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2016, as well as starring on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
