A source close to the 36-year-old reality star confirmed to DailyMail.com that she is house hunting solo despite reports that she and 29-year-old NBA star were buying together.
This comes after a Wednesday report from UsWeekly that the pair were looking in the Hidden Hills and Calabasas neighborhoods in California together.

An insider for he publication said: ‘Khloé and Tristan want to buy a house together.
‘Tristan wants to prove to Khloé that he has changed and wants to make this permanent with a family home.’
DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that the Good American Jeans mogul was selling her luxury Calabasas estate in the exclusive gated community The Oaks, is set to hit the market for $18,950,000.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house is the first place that Khloé bought after ending her turbulent marriage to Lamar Odom in late 2013 and moving out of the home they shared.

There have been differing reports on whether or not Khloe and Tristan have reunited romantically.
It’s claimed that the reality star, who co-parents daughter True, two, with the NBA player, is ‘beyond happy’ and ‘hopes that Tristan has changed’ so they can continue to be together.
However, a rep for the reality star told Dailymail.com last week that the reports are ‘not true’ and that Khloe, 36, is simply enjoying co-parenting with Tristan, 29.

It comes as the Cleveland Cavaliers player was spotted out in Calabasas on Sunday picking up three pizzas, reportedly for Khloe and True who he’s been living with amid the coronavirus pandemic.
A People report on Monday cited a source who said, ‘She loves having him around. He has the best relationship with True,
‘And he has been amazing to Khloe too. They are very much together and Khloe is beyond happy.’
The source added, ‘They have been living in kind of a bubble and Khloe enjoys it,’
The report goes on to suggest that Khloe and Tristan’s relationship will be tested when the NBA season starts back up again.
‘Tristan’s traveling was always a concern. This is when he would mess up their relationship,’ the source explained.

Khloe recently gushed about how helpful Tristan has been while they’ve quarantined together with their daughter, and is appreciative of the extra support.
