Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter have sold their New Jersey home, following the couple’s high-profile divorce.
The 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom mansion sold for $1.475million, down from the initial $2million asking price, according to TMZ.
The former couple’s real estate agent Jamie Silverman told the gossip site that ‘the reason for the price reduction was the COVID-19 pandemic.’

Silverman said the talk show host, 56, paid the new owners a personal visit following the sale to ‘wish them well’.
The 5,700 square feet plus home boasts a master suite with huge walk-in closets, a marble bath, jacuzzi and steam shower.
The exes first listed the property in August 2019.

Williams filed for divorce from husband of 22-years in April 2019.
Her divorce from the 48-year-old was officially finalized in January of this year.
It was revealed via official legal documents earlier this year who got what in the settlement after the pair didn’t sign a prenup all those years ago.
The profits from the recently-sold New Jersey home was to be split 50/50 between the pair.

As for their place in Florida, the legendary talk-show host will keep the home as it’s where her mom currently lives.
Kevin won the rights to their second New Jersey home in Morristown, which he also sold.
The documents also stated that their production company will also be split down the middle with 50/50 ownership.
However, Kevin wants out so Wendy will pay him a lump sum for his share as well as a severance package.

There will be no child support or custody battles as their son, Kevin Jr. Hunter, is 19-years-old.
Wendy dumped her former long-term husband after his affair with massage therapist, Sharina Hudson, 33, was exposed back in April.
They were reportedly together for 10 years and it was revealed shortly later that she was pregnant with his child.

Wendy previously revealed that she was pushing for a divorce ever since she found out he was cheating.
‘I wanted a divorce like yesterday, I wanted a divorce two months ago, three months ago. Whenever I found out, four months ago,’ she explained to Sway Calloway, in August 2019.
‘I want a divorce and I want to be friends with Kevin. I mean, and not because we have a son but because that was real love.’
She continued: ‘I still love him just not in that way. You either in or you are out with me. I still have love for him and I wish him the best in his new life with his new family.’

After Wendy filed, Kevin released a statement apologizing for his actions.
‘I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family and her amazing fans.’
‘I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs.’
Kevin and Wendy married in 1997 and welcomed their son, Kevin, in 2000.
She currently lives in Manhattan with her two rescue cats, My Way and Chit Chat.
