Gogglebox’s Amy Tapper showcases her incredible three stone weight loss transformation

Amy Tapper has showcased her incredible three stone weight loss transformation in a before and after video.

The former Gogglebox star, 21, is adhering to a new healthy diet and exercise regime in a bid to overhaul her lifestyle. 

Amy took to Instagram and shared an old photo of herself at her biggest wearing a white vest top along with a clip of her now.

Amy captioned the original snap: ‘How it started’, before she could then be seen dancing around her kitchen in a black top and matching leggings.

The reality star captioned the clip: ‘And now I’m living my best life,’ as she tucked into a healthy meal.  

Amy was inundated with congratulatory messages from her followers praising her for her efforts.

One follower wrote: ‘Well done Amy, looking amazing,’ while another added: ‘You’re doing so well Amy, inspirational’.

Blue singer Antony Costa also commented with an applause emoji while another user praised Amy as an ‘absolute queen’. 

Last month, Amy was forced to hit back at cruel internet trolls after receiving ‘vile’ comments on a TikTok video.

Amy took to Instagram where she told of her ‘shock’ at the level of nasty messages she received, remarking: ‘People are vile, they are horrible!’

Giving the naysayers a piece of her mind, Amy, who has recently lost over three stone, said ‘f**k you’ to her haters, while also thanking her supporters who shared kind words.

Filming herself on her phone, the reality star told how she’s not a regular user of video sharing app TikTok, but will occasionally have a browse and upload the odd video.

However, she was left surprise and hurt by the messages she received under her latest post.

She said: ‘I’ve just read through my comments and people are vile. They are horrible.

‘I mean, thank God I’ve got a strong b****y mind because let me tell you, if this was someone else, oh my God they would be crying their eyes out right now.’

Earlier this month, the Celebs Go Dating star showcased her three stone weight loss with before and after photos on Instagram after adopting a healthier lifestyle.

She told how her weight loss was inspired from feeling ’embarrassed’ when she had to ask for an extension for her seat belt during a family holiday.

Amy told the Daily Star: ‘I’ve been dealing with issues around my weight since I was eight. Over the years I tried different diets and quick fixes.

‘The hardest times were when I was made to feel embarrassed. Whenever I was on a plane I’d have to ask for an extension for my belt.’

She said she was so self-conscious about the request, she’d book aisle seats so she wouldn’t need to ask for the belt in front of a stranger.’

Amy was also subjected to horrific online trolling about her weight after her family debuted on the TV commentary show in 2013.
