Former RHONY star Jules Wainstein is arrested for battery in Florida amid ongoing divorce battle
Former Real Housewives of New York City star Jules Wainstein has been arrested for battery in Florida.
Page Six reports the former reality star was booked in Palm Beach County’s main detention center around 3:50pm on Sunday.
Wainstein and the victim appeared in court on Monday and her arraignment is scheduled for March 16.

The alleged victim has not yet been named.
Jules’ nasty divorce from her estranged husband Michael has been going on for over three years.
In an update she gave to Bravo in October 2019, Jules revealed: ‘I’m temporarily living in Boca [in Florida] at my parents, which actually happened to be a nice thing because unfortunately my father just recently passed away.
‘So we got to spend the last year with him, which we wouldn’t have spent as much time if we were living in New York. So we’ll be there until things settle, and then hopefully we’ll move back soon.’

In 2017, Jules’ husband Michael was facing jail time for not paying $135,000 in child support, rent and other expenses to the former Real Housewives of New York star.
Prior to that his lawyer had accused Jules of spending squandering thousands of dollars – meant to be saved for their children – in a matter of days.
The duo are parents to daughter Rio, five, and son Jagger, seven.
Michael filed for divorce in May 2016, ending their eight-year union, after Jules discovered he was having an affair, her rep confirmed to DailyMail.com.
She starred on RHONY for just one season in 2016.
Jules isn’t the only cast member from RHONY to have a scrape with the law in Palm Beach.
In December 2017 Luann de Lesseps was arrested in Florida on misdemeanor counts of disorderly intoxication and trespassing after an drunken incident at The Colony hotel where she refused to vacate a hotel room that wasn’t hers.
