Christie Brinkley, 66, stuns in white as she shares her photo album from a luxurious cruise

Christie Brinkley took fans on a luxurious cruise with her this week as she shared her photo album from a trip on the high seas with her 590K Instagram followers.

The 66-year-old cover girl was seen in a crisp white suit with sneakers and a chic silver purse worn crossbody style as she boarded a Regent Cruise.

‘Today is THE day! I’m thrilled to have finally arrived in Miami to christen @RegentCruises’ newest luxury cruise ship and I am especially honored to serve as the Godmother of #SevenSeasSplendor,’ said the bikini model.

The mother of three added, ‘Join me in celebrating her arrival!

She wore her hair down in soft waves and had on bright cherry red lipstick as she posed in a dining room and on a stunning staircase.

Another post saw her posing in front of a large gold dragon.

‘All Aboard…were wonderful gracious generous hosts, the talented and charismatic Seal entertaining, delicious food, so much to sea and do. 

‘Thank you @regentcruises for bestowing the honor of being this luxurious ship, the Seven Seas Splendor’s Godmother,’ she said.

The Vacation actress was also seen in a chic double breasted black dress with big gold buttons. 

‘The first brand new cruise ship to be captained by a woman, Captain Serena Melani,’ wrote the ex-wife of crooner Billy Joel.

‘Also pictured Regents first Godmother Marcia DelRio and their 28th Godmother …me! What an honor to be Godmother of this Ship.’

The siren made it clear the posts were paid advertisements.  

Brinkley has talked about what she goes through to stay so young looking.

In 2018 the New York City resident told The Cut she has a routine.

She starts her day early: ‘I leap out of bed, go downstairs, and make myself a big cup of coffee. I also make myself a big cup of hot water and squeeze some lemons into it. Sometimes I’ll put in a little cayenne just to rev up the engine. 

‘For a while I was doing cappuccino art for my Instagram. If you go to #christiecappucino you can see it. So I have a cup I’m drinking while I’m drawing on the other ones. I’ll drink like, five cups of coffee. When I finish that, I try to get exercise in.’

Her workouts are regular.

‘As far as exercise goes, everyone always asks if I use the Total Gym and yes, I really do. But I also might go to a spin class or work with weights. I would say running is my favorite way to sweat, but I’m not really supposed to do that anymore because of injuries.’

Then comes breakfast. ‘Sometimes I’ll just eat dinner leftovers because I can’t eat anything sweet in the morning. I get that crash. It has to be some protein. I use the Bio-K pill, it’s a kind of probiotic and they have a vegan and a dairy version. I take one of those, pour it over raw oats, and let it soak a bit while I get nuts and fruits.;

And she skips meat. ‘I became a vegetarian when I was about 13. I started reading books right away because I knew that I had to replace the protein and figure out what to do. Over the years I’ve been a vegan, I’ve been a macrobiotic, I’ve been a lacto-ovo. The one constant since the day I stopped eating meat was that I haven’t eaten any red meat or fowl.’

She added it’s really a mentality: ‘The second you put yourself on a diet, I call that deny-eting. The only thing you can focus on is what you’re denying yourself instead of “How can I fuel my life with good things?” You just have to think, How can I get an edge?’ 

Her mother got her to a good start.

‘My mom was a health nut back in the day when they literally thought you were a nut for shopping in health-food stores. I grew up in Malibu and our only candy was carob-covered rose hips.’

And she admits she does use treatments.

‘It’s a good time to not get old, it’s a good time to choose how you want to age. Ultherapy is this therapy that can tighten up your skin, lift up your skin. I’m going to be 64 on my next birthday. That’s a big number because of the Beatles song. I remember when that song came out thinking, “Oh when I’m 64, oh gosh, that’s ancient.”

‘I tried Ultherapy and I thought it was really good. It uses ultrasound energy that the body responds to by creating new collagen to lift and tighten skin naturally. I did it on my chin, neck, and décolletage and I could really see the difference. I don’t know of any injectables for that area.

‘I was treated with Xeomin in the frown lines between my brows.’

Brinkley was seen earlier this month as a ringmaster with daughter Alexa Ray Joel in performing at the Big Apple Circus.

The star put on a leggy display in a black lace singlet with thigh-high boots fishnet stockings. It was paired with a black top hat adorned with sparkling stars and a classic red velvet ringmaster coat, trimmed in gold.  

She entered the tent from above, as she descended while sitting in a hoop on a wire.  Brinkley also dazzled in a white singlet with sparkling silver details for another scene, in which she jumped out of a cake.

Joel, 34, dazzled in a nude lace corset dress, which accentuated her décolletage and showed off her toned legs with a thigh-high leg slit. 

She joined her mom for the final performance of a three-night limited engagement, in which Brinkley served as the celebrity guest.

The last show was also Brinkley’s birthday performance, as she turned 67 at midnight. 

Proceeds benefited one of Brinkley’s favorite charities Smile Train, which funds cleft surgeries and comprehensive cleft care for children around the world.
