Lucy Spraggan has shown the results of her recent weight loss transformation.
The former X Factor star, 28, shared a photo of herself pulling the waist of her trousers out to reveal how much weight she has shed over the last eleven months.
The singer responded to a cruel online troll who criticised her fashion sense when she posted the snap.

They wrote: ‘You dress like a 50yrs old lawyer whos due in court.. you’re only young but your new dress sence is terrible, you’ve done so well getting yourself healthy but why change what you wear, you’ve changed to much of yourself.’
Not one to take the criticism lying down, Lucy responded: ‘You think I wear bespoke suits every day? Even if I did, why the f**k would it have anything to do with you?
‘I’ve been working with King and Allen since I was a porker, love. I have no idea why losing weight has encouraged people to make open comments about me. Stop it.’
Lucy shared the comment on her Instagram and wrote: ‘I am absolutely SICK TO DEATH of people making comments about my body or appearance and thinking that a COMPLETE stranger’s opinion on how I look or what they think is best for my ENTIRE PERSONALITY is valid or relevant to me?

‘Believe it or not, losing a few stone and wearing a bespoke suit (which I’ve been into for nearly 4 years) doesn’t make me a whole other person. (I wear tracksuits 99% of the time anyway.’
‘Everybody evolves, some people devolve, but the fact is we are always changing. And that is fine, that is natural. Right now I am the best version of myself I’ve ever been and I’m working incredibly hard to keep that going.

Alongside the photo, where she flexed her biceps, the star wrote: ‘Excuse the face (and the mess… already) but I’ve never been holiday ready in my entire life (I’m here to play my little geetar so it’s technically not a holiday) but I am, in fact, LIFE ready and fucking excited for the week ahead.’

He wrote: ‘Two photos, eleven months apart…what this woman has achieved in that time is nothing short of remarkable.’
Lucy announced in November that she had split from her wife Georgina Gordon after three years of marriage.

The announcement came six months after Lucy revealed they had fostered 12 children while undergoing fertility treatment, announced she had gone from being a newlywed to a fully fledged carer for young people in her hometown of Stockport.
In her statement, Lucy said: ‘It’s with sadness to let you know that after nearly 6 years of joy, fun and true love Georgina and I have decided to part ways.
‘We have shared the most amazing times and life together, and we are truly grateful for knowing love at its full capacity. We will continue on our paths as ultimate friends, and dog Mums, united by the bond and memories we will always have…
‘We are eternally thankful for the support you have offered to us; in this time of hardship we we appreciate space and time to deal with the change.’

Having moved from her native Derbyshire to Greater Manchester, Lucy has juggled her own career while fostering a dozen children with Georgina.
At the time, the singer admitted she didn’t rule out the possibility of a thirteenth when her promotional and touring commitments are finally completed.
‘It was short term and respite,’ she said of her initial decision to foster. ‘We were living in Stockport so we fostered for Stockport council. I take my hat to anyone who is doing it.
‘I would definitely want to do it in the future but I can’t really take them on tour at the moment.’

Lucy competed on The X Factor in 2012, but eventually quit after falling ill and not wanting to unfairly go through each round without competing, leading the way for James Arthur to win.
Lucy, who proposed to Georgina in 2015, told OK! magazine at the time: ‘[Georgina] didn’t have a clue and she turned around and I was on one knee – it was amazing, I think I knew that she’d say yes but it was still scary.
‘I got a boat – she didn’t know we were going on a boat, we went underneath Albert Bridge and her friends and family, her mum was on the bridge with all of her mates.’
She added of Georgina: ‘I find peace when I’m with her and she makes me feel safe and happy.’
