Channel Nine DELAYS Married At First Sight’s season finale by four days

Channel Nine DELAYS Married At First Sight’s season finale by four days – and replaces it with Paramedics and a Nine News special on COVID-19

The final episode of Married At First Sight was set to air tomorrow night.

But on Monday, Channel Nine suddenly delayed the episode by four days, to Sunday.

Instead of MAFS, documentary series Paramedics and a Nine News special on the COVID-19 pandemic will air from 7:30pm on Wednesday.

Nine’s TV guide shows that the season finale will now air at 7pm on Sunday – rather than at 7:30pm on Wednesday as initially scheduled.

‘All 12 couples face the experts for a final time to look back at their time in the experiment, with some explosive revelations,’ the episode description reads.

Tonight, the MAFS contestants will get together for a reunion dinner party, but viewers will have to wait another five days for the last episode.

When the finale airs on Sunday, MAFS season seven will have reached 36 episodes, which is five less than last year’s season.

Sunday and Monday night’s episodes saw the remaining couples deliver their final vows to one another.

On Monday’s episode, Mishel Karen accused Steve Burley of ‘wasting her time’ and sensationally dumped him.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth Sobinoff and Seb Guilhaus declared their love for each other.

Stacey Hampton and Michael Goonan reaffirmed their vows,  while KC Osborne and Drew Brauer agreed to a long-distance relationship. (Both couples have since split.)

Lastly, Connie Crayden and Jonethen Musulin chose to leave the experiment as friends.
