On Wednesday, the reality TV heartthrob, 28, shared a surprising photo from his past to take part in the 10-year challenge, set by his pal Dean Wells.

Timm’s muscular chest and arms poked through his scoop neck singlet, which he teamed with very skinny jeans.
He styled his mid-length, highlighted blonde locks straightened and combed over to one side.

It comes as Timm is set to make his return to reality TV on Bachelor In Paradise, which was forced to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Aside from the tattooed hunk, Bachelor in Paradise will also see the return of favourites such as Brittany Hockley and tattooed hunk Ciarran Stott.
