The 37-year-old says cardio tennis helps keep her in such great shape, saying she finds running around a court with music blaring ‘really fun.’

‘It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly,’ Bec has previously told News.com.au, saying she plays for two hours, twice a week.

‘It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, ”damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left,” whereas usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.’

Bec – who co-founded her activewear label, Jaggad, said Pilates helps to keep her in shape.

After doing a session at a studio in Melbourne back in February, Bec said she did a beginners class but felt the burn.

‘I’ve done Pilates for ten years but never like that. Whoah – what an amazing workout. Give us a few weeks and we’ll be [fit],’ she wrote on Instagram at the time, using a muscle emoji.
