Lydia Bright enjoys a stroll with baby daughter Loretta

She’s been keeping her 1.2 million followers updated with her motherhood journey. 

And Lydia Bright looked radiant as she enjoyed a stroll with baby daughter Loretta, six months, in Essex on Monday.

The former TOWIE star, 29, looked summery as she showcased her toned figure in a plunging striped top.

Lydia teamed the item of clothing with a pair of white wide-leg linen trousers and blue flip flops for her outing with Loretta.

Adding some glamorous touches, the mother-of-one finished her look with a gold necklace with her daughter’s name on it and oversized black sunglasses. 

Lydia styled her blonde locks into a relaxed sweptback bun, she appeared to go makeup-free as she displayed her radiant complexion.

The reality star looked every inch the doting mother as she got stuck into parenting duties and protectively kept an eye on Loretta. 

Last month, Lydia celebrated several milestones with her baby daughter after she went to the beach for the first and had her first swimming lesson.  

In June, the former TOWIE star, who co-parents Loretta with her on-off boyfriend, garage owner Lee Cronin,  revealed the details of her birth experience.  

Lydia explained how she got the water birth she’d ‘always dreamed of’ and had no pain relief either. 

Adding other details of her birth, the reality star revealed she had The Holiday soundtrack playing in the background and a surprise craving for Pukka pies.  

Lydia said in an Instagram Q&A: ‘I had no pain relief and you’re not any more of a hero if you don’t have pain relief but for me I’m quite an anti-drug person so I try to avoid taking any type of medication if I can.

‘I really wanted to try and stick it out and try and do it the natural way, which I managed to do.’ 

She added: ‘When I was in labour all I wanted was a Pukka pie and chips, so that’s what I had.’
