‘I’m grateful you came into my life’: Michael Klim celebrates anniversary with DJ girlfriend Michelle Owen
Michael Klim marked his first anniversary with girlfriend Michelle Owen on Monday.
The 42-year-old former Olympic swimmer shared a black and white photo of himself cosying up to his Australian DJ girlfriend.
He captioned the photo: ‘You can’t explain it, you can’t predict it, it just happens!

‘Bloody grateful you came into my life and very excited for what the future holds.
‘Happy anniversary babe! Love you @michelleowen,’ he wrote, adding ‘#mylove’, ‘#grateful’, ‘#happy’ and ‘#magic’.
Michelle responded to his sweet post with a simple, ‘luv u’, along with a black heart and a palm tree emojis.

Michael and Michelle debuted their romance back in October, five months after his split from Desiree Deravi, when they were spotted together at a cafe in Bondi, as reported by Woman’s Day at the time.
The former Olympian began dating Desiree in 2016, but reportedly split in May 2019 after they unfollowed each on Instagram.
Michelle and Michael have spent plenty of time together in Bali over the past several months to be closer to his three children, who live there with his ex-wife, Lindy Klim.

The talented DJ has also won the Balinese socialite’s approval, and they have often appeared together in family photos along with Lindy’s second husband, Adam Ellis.
Lindy and Michael split in February 2016 after 10 years of marriage, and share three children, daughters Stella, 13, and Frankie, eight, and son Rocco, 11.
She went on to marry property developer Adam in 2018, and together they welcomed daughter Goldie in 2017.
