Gemma has previously expressed her desire to waltz onto the Strictly dancefloor.

During an appearance on Lorraine last year, talk soon turned to Strictly, with Gemma admitting: ‘Hopefully next year they give me a chance.’

Host Lorraine Kelly probed the TV personality: ‘Would you go on Strictly Come Dancing?’, with Gemma exclaiming: ‘I would love to!’

The boutique owner even revealed which professional dancer she would want to be paired up with, show legend Anton Du Beke.

Sharing that she has already worked with the ballroom professional, 54, Gemma added: ‘We did catchphrase recently and he was a bit scared…then he warmed up to me!’

Strictly has previously opened the door to reality stars, with Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing signing up for the show last year.

Unfortunately he was forced to pull out after sustaining an injury in the early stages.

Meanwhile, Gemma has previously shown her competitive streak after taking part in the eleventh series of Dancing On Ice.

She pulled in huge ratings for the show – namely due to her clashes with then judge Jason Gardiner – and alongside professional partner Matt Evers, was voted off in week six.

Other big names that have been rumoured to be taking part include Ryan Thomas, Molly-Mae Hague, Amber Gill, Maya Jama and Adhil Ray.
