The presenter, 53, took to Instagram to upload a video of her cooling down after an intense exercise session as she attempted to speak to the camera.

Davina clearly pushed herself to the limit as she was out of breath and revealed in her caption that her ‘arms felt like jelly’.
As the TV star jogged on the spot, she placed her hands on her hips showing off her defined arms to her 1.3million followers.
The maroon crop top, which was made out of breathable material, highlighted Davina’s taut midriff as she filmed herself post-workout.

The Big Brother presenter went make-up free for the high-intensity workout and wore her hair in a high ponytail.
In her caption, she wrote: ‘I think I was trying to thing of something motivating to say … but I was too out of breath
‘7.30 and I’m done for the day. My arms feel like jelly…. this morning I attacked @ownyourgoalsdavina week 2 60 second shred’
She tagged fitness trainer Richard Callender, writing: ‘Thank u @richcallender . Sending so much love. ❤️’

It comes after Davina has reportedly stepped down from her presenting gig on the reboot of Changing Rooms as the upcoming filming dates conflict with her current work commitments.
The Masked Singer judge was expected to host the Channel 4 show with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, it was announced last year.
But after the coronavirus pandemic wreaked havoc with her schedule and pushed back production dates twice, she can longer commit to the new series.
An insider told The Sun: ‘Davina was so excited to be part of the reboot but with the changing production schedule, it has become a nightmare.
‘Filming was supposed to take place at the end of last year but it got moved until earlier this year. And now it’s been pushed back again.
‘The lockdown and pandemic have played havoc with the schedule and sadly Davina has said she won’t be able to commit. It’s the last thing anyone wanted but she is so busy with other filming commitments.
‘Everyone on Changing Rooms is gutted as getting Davina on board was a huge coup for the reboot.’
