Holly Willoughby makes a phone call amid her This Morning break to work on new project  

She recently teased a new mysterious project as she takes another week off This Morning following her Easter break.

And Holly Willoughby looked effortlessly chic as she was seen making several phone calls during a low-key stroll in London on Monday.

The This Morning star, 40, opted for a two-tone beige trench coat adorned with different patches and a pair of black leggings.

Holly teamed the item of outerwear with black leggings and stylish navy blue trainers for her walk in the British capital.

Adding some glamorous touches, the ITV star opted for orange sunglasses and a designer grey handbag. 

Holly appeared to go makeup-free as she displayed her radiant complexion and left her signature peroxide blonde locks loose.

The star has been enjoying some time away from the studio over the Easter Holidays, yet fans were left stunned when it was revealed she was taking another week off This Morning on Monday’s show.

Over the weekend, Holly shared a selfie with a glimpse of her son Chester and a notebook alongside the teasing caption about the project.

She wrote: ‘Vitamin D, caffeine and a side order of distraction from Chester. Working on something else next week which I can’t wait to share with you all…. Thank you to the lovely @rochellehumes for keeping my side of the sofa warm… x’.  

Holly has been away from This Morning since Easter, with the star heading off on holiday with a bang after celebrating co-host Phillip Schofield’s birthday on April 1.

Eamonn Holmes and his wife Ruth Langsford then stood in for Holly and Phillip for a week. The couple were cut from their regular Friday slot for Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary last year.  

Then last week, Alison and Dermot covered for the regular hosts and treated viewers to their on-screen frolics

From Monday, Rochelle will stand-in for Holly, joining Phillip on the sofa.

Holly’s latest stunning selfie comes after she looked gorgeous in a white maxi dress in a snap shared to mark the lightened restrictions of lockdown across the UK.

The presenter was in high spirits as she told her followers: ‘Restrictions are lifting, shops are opening, summer is on its way… Full of hope and feeling good!’
