Lara Worthington hits a nail salon in Sydney

She’s one of the country’s most stylish celebrities, but Lara Worthington has been noticeably absent from Afterpay Australian Fashion Week.

On Wednesday, the former model was spotted hitting up a local nail salon in Sydney.

The 33-year-old looked chic in an all black ensemble consisting of black jeans and a long-sleeved shirt.

She accessorised with a pair of dark sunglasses and a black handbag.

Lara recently revealed that she and her entire family are on a strict vegetarian diet.

Speaking to Sunday Life, the 33-year-old model credited her meat-free diet as the secret behind her incredible physique, before revealing her children had never eaten meat in their lives.

‘I’ve been vegetarian for about six years now. Actually, the whole family is vegetarian,’ she said.

The star, who recently relocated from Los Angeles to Sydney, continued: ‘My children have never eaten meat… No, never had a sausage!’

Lara and Sam are parents to three sons: Rocket, five, Racer, four, and River, who is believed to have been born in March 2020.

In March, Lara spoke to Russh magazine about her decision to become vegetarian, telling the magazine the diet completely changed her life. 

‘After watching documentaries, learning from [film director] James Cameron and influenced by my husband, [my family] went vegetarian years ago,’ she said.

James, who worked with Sam on Avatar, has been vegan for several years.

She went on to explain: ‘It has made a huge difference to our lives. Inner health relates directly to outer health and I have always believed what we put inside is reflected on the outside’.
